Singapore Centre of the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Hub (BISIH)
Benjamin Lee is the Project Manager at the Singapore centre of the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Hub (BISIH). The Innovation Hub aims to identify, and develop in-depth insights into, critical trends in technology affecting central banking; develop public goods in the technology space geared towards improving the functioning of the global financial system; and serve as a focal point for a network of central bank experts on innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Benjamin was with the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Finance Division and led the authority’s engagements and work with international and multilateral institutions. He also served as Singapore’s representative to the World Bank Group’s Executive Board and was based in Washington DC before that.
Benjamin has an MBA from the Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science (Political Science) from the National University of Singapore. He is married and has two children.
